TSE will receive organic statutes from political organizations by December 31st

The Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) announced through the Chamber Secretariat that political parties and citizen groups must submit their organ statutes in accordance with Act 1096 on Political Organizations by December 31 at 4:00 p.m.

“The political organizations that have obtained their legal personality on the basis of Act No. 1096 on Political Organizations do not have to update their internal statutes,” explains an instruction from the TSE.

The statement goes on to say that the TSE and the “departmental election courts must guarantee the minimum staff to receive the documents” and that “the report of the political organizations that submitted the documents should be emailed to (artega@ope.org . bo: milton.morales@oep.org.bo) ”.

“The plenary session of the competent electoral court will issue a resolution on the basis of the report of the Statutory Audit Commission and the SIFDE monitoring report, which provides for the rejection or approval of the entry of the legal amendments of the political organization.
