The former judge who supported Evo's re-election is Choquehuanca's head of cabinet

Former Plurinational Constitutional Court (TCP) Judge Ruddy Flores is Vice President David Choquehuanca’s Chief of Staff.

Flores is one of the judges who passed the constitutional decision in 2017 that gave the go-ahead for the unlimited re-election of Evo Morales.

His wealth affidavit shows that the current chief of staff has assets of 1.2 million bolivianos and debts of 450,487 bolivianos. According to the Página Siete newspaper, he has also registered six assets in his name.

According to the public information available, it was discontinued on February 3, 2021. President Luis Arce and Choquehuanca took command of the state on November 10, 2020.

In November 2017, the then members of the TCP Macario Lahor Cortez, Juan Osvaldo Valencia Alvarado, Zenón Hugo Bacarreza Morales, Mirtha Camacho Quiroga, Nelfi Virginia Andrade Martínez and Flores submitted the abstract appointment of the members of the Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) and Morales was authorized to to run again for president for an indefinite period of time.
