Senator from Creemos and daughter of the Santa Cruz Mayor approves MAS report on PGE

The Senator of Creemos Paola Andrea Fernández Rea, daughter of the Mayor of Santa Cruz de la Sierra Jhonny Fernández, adopted with her vote the report of the Movement for Socialism on the General State Budget (PGE) in the Commission for Economic Policy and Finance. It also confirmed that there was a collapse of the country’s constitutional order in 2019.

The Commission for Planning, Economic Policy and Finance met this Tuesday, at which the MAS Senators Eva Luz Humerez, President, and the Opposition Senator Fernández approved the report on the PGE 2022, which must be presented to the plenary session of the House of Lords.

Three are full members of the commission, Humerez, Lindaura Rasguido (MAS) and Henry Montero (We believe), the latter two have authorized their alternates, i.e. Gilmar Huarachi, who missed the meeting, and Paola Fernández, who is virtually sitting, respectively.

The vote would have been a tie between Humerez and Fernández, however sources affiliated with the Commission told the ANF that after declaring a fourth hiatus, Fernández had returned to the Commission and eventually approved the report on the PGE.

The report in the first part of the document contains history and analysis. On this last point, the ruling party claims that in late 2019 and much of its management in 2020, times of uncertainty, instability, product of the 2019 crisis, “which led to massacres, human rights abuses and summary executions,” according to the Interdisciplinary Group independent expert concluded.

It is also noted that “the collapse of the constitutional order created a government incapable of managing state funds, which only led to economic, political and social instability when misguided measures such as paralyzing public investment were seized ”. … “says the document.

Vice Minister Zenon Mamani attended the meeting to provide details on the general state budget, which has already been approved in the Chamber of Deputies. The Creemos Bank has been watching the budget as it does not match the economic reality of the country.
