Santa Cruz returns to normal after nine days of unemployment

The city of Santa Cruz has returned to normal this Wednesday after a nine-day strike against Law 1386 on the Strategy to Combat the Legitimacy of Illegal Profits.

Last night the government announced the repeal of Law 1386 and the Santa Cruz Citizens Committee decided to end the strike.

This Wednesday the markets and streets of Santa Cruz woke up with utter normalcy.

The bus station also resumed trips inland.

Citizens assured that they will be on the alert of any norm the government promotes against citizenship rights.
