The Spanish journalist Alejandro Entrambasaguas confirmed that he had found the implication of a Spanish politician in the report by the Bisite group at the University of Salamanca in Spain and that the public prosecutor had closed the electoral fraud case.
“I discovered the scandalous involvement of a well-known Spanish politician in Latin America in the plot of the controversial report used by the Bolivian public prosecutor to archive the investigation into Evo Morales’ electoral fraud,” said the journalist on his Facebook account.
Entrambasaguas added that he will make a broadcast on his Instagram account this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. (Bolivia time) to share the details of his announcement.
El Bisite was hired to provide computer security and network administration expertise on computer integrity for the results of the October 20, 2019 election on behalf of the Ministry of State on April 15, 2021.
The document states that the data has not been tampered with, although it admits serious irregularities.
