Carolina Ribera blames the government for her mother's health and life

The daughter of former President Jeanine Áñez, Carolina Ribera, today blamed the government for the health of her mother, who is incarcerated in Miraflores Prison and has to undergo a cardiological examination in a hospital.

“There are some consequences as to why she is now suffering from high blood pressure, there are some consequences because it has never been possible to get adequate treatment. When she underwent an examination because she had already presented decompensations in those later months and when she had to go to Santa Cruz, when this government kidnapped her and brought her here to La Paz, we could not do a full medical examination and to this day they deny us . If something happens to my mother and she says it was a coincidence, it is a lie. If something happens to him, it is the direct responsibility of the government, the prison system and the medical officer of Miraflores prison, ”he said in an interview with A Media Mañana de Los Tiempos and Grupo Centro.

Ribera pointed out that there was “very bad intent” by the prison system as the Áñez family’s transfer was not reported yesterday.

“I couldn’t go with my mother because I know how weak she is. They didn’t want to secretly surprise us. They told us they were in the clinic hospital, then the breast hospital and when we got there they were already back in prison, ”he said.

Ribera also considered it a “media show”.
