Arturo Murillo's Miami hearing postponed to July 9th

The hearing to determine whether Arturo Murillo is on trial in the US has been postponed to July 9 at 10:00 a.m.

An official order stipulates that the hearing defining the charges and filing for detention against the former minister will be postponed to July 9 in the Miami Division before Judge Alicia M. Otazo-Reyes, El Deber said.

Attorney General Wilfredo Chávez is in the United States with the intention of participating in and overseeing the process being developed against the former Minister of the Interim Government.

Murillo was arrested on May 26, while five people were arrested in Florida and Georgia between May 21 and 22, including two Bolivians and three citizens of the North American country.
