Arce makes an official trip to Cuba and leaves Choquehuanca command

President Luis Arce handed over the baton to Vice-President David Choquehuanca this afternoon because he was on an official trip to Cuba and was on the XX. The Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) summit will take place tomorrow in La Havana

“We have handed over the management staff to our Jilata David Choquehuanca, Vice President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, before we leave for Cuba, where we will make an official visit and take part in the XX ALBA-TCP summit,” said a publication on the Arce’s Facebook page.

Cuba’s President Miguel Díaz-Canel assured this Monday that the summit would serve the integration of the bloc.

“On Tuesday we will receive our ALBA brothers at the Palace of the Revolution. With the legacies of Fidel and Chávez intact, we will renew our commitment to unity and integration, much more so in this difficult time of the pandemic,” he wrote on Twitter.
