Arce hands over the baton to Choquehuanca and goes to Venezuela

President Luis Arce handed over the command baton to Vice President David Choquehuanca for an official trip to the Republic of Venezuela. Summit of the heads of state and government of the Bolivarian Alliance will attend the peoples of our America – International Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP).

The President will attend the ALBA event scheduled for today and then take part in the tribute to the bicentenary of the Battle of Carabobo, a military action that defined Venezuela’s independence.

The command step took place in the red room of El Alto International Airport.

Arce will be returning to the country this Friday night.
