Arce and Minister assess the impact of the strike and analyze measures

President Luis Arce Catacora reported this Wednesday that at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting today, the authorities are assessing the losses caused by the strike in some cities across the country and analyzing measures to reverse them.

“We started the Cabinet meeting early on Wednesday. We assessed the unemployment losses in some cities and analyzed measures to reverse them. With work and unity, we will continue to drive the development path (sic), ”he wrote on his Twitter account.

Yesterday the government repealed Law 1386 after nine days of protests from unions, transport companies and citizens’ committees.

On November 6, the Minister for Public Works, Services and Housing, Edgar Montaño, reported that the cessation of activities is causing the country to lose around $ 112 million a day.
