Angélica Sosa's husband confirmed that he worked with Percy's party

The husband of the former interim mayor of Santa Cruz Angélica Sosa, Sergio Perovic, admitted that at the invitation of the former mayor Percy Fernández, as published this Sunday by El Deber, he worked as provincial representative for the Santa Cruz Somos Todos faction.

Perovic was responding to the allegations made by former HR director Javier Cedeño, who told the State Ministry in the context of the Phantom Items case that Perovic was working as an external advisor to the mayor’s office and issuing orders to local officials, in addition to alleged blackmailing of unions and public institutions.

The former interim mayor is currently in Palmasola prison on charges of 800 phantom objects.
